This may include any cancellation charges applicable to travel arrangements made, any dates travel arrangements were cancelled, or other relevant information related to the claim made under the travel insurance policy.

Travel arrangement transactions made on Travelvip.ca are done via our online booking engine provider, Softvoyage, on a secure server using 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption and are protected by firewalls to ensure that your orders are securely processed. Credit card information submitted over the internet using SSL encryption is scrambled into pieces, making it virtually impossible for any unauthorized third parties to access.

If making travel arrangements with Travelvip.ca though our website, your credit card information will be collected and passed onto the travel provider for processing via our secure booking engine. Travelvip.ca does not store this credit card information.
If making travel arrangement via telephone or in person, your credit card information will be collected by one of our travel specialists. This information will be stored in our secure database and used to complete your travel arrangements.
Other ways personal information is used
We may collect a users personal information received through various promotions, giveaways and contests that are administered by Travelvip.ca. This information collected is on a volunteer basis by the user and may include, but is not limited to, a user’s name, email address and telephone number.
This information may be used to send future promotions and marketing initiatives to the user’s email address as stated in any promotion, giveaway or contests terms and conditions at the time the user provided this information.
